De completed her Equine acupressure studies this summer and has successfully completed her NBCAAM board certified certification in Equine Acupressure this fall!
De is a retired RN and is well versed in Equine endurance and Canine agility specialties. She brings to the team a balance of western and eastern approaches to both equine and canine wellness! De is currently preparing to take her canine boards and will be supporting Team Tallgrass as a dual species certified practitioner!
De will be offering both Equine and Canine services in Wyoming, Colorado and Nebraska with an emphasis on public education.

Equine Acupressure

Dee Dee Sorsby of Wilson, Wyoming, started study and training in equine acupressure in 2006. She received her certification from Tallgrass Animal Acupressure in 2009. She decided to undertake this area of study after qualifying as an equine massage practitioner from the Western Montana School of Equine Massage. Graduating in 2004 Dee Dee set up her small business of Equine Mobile Massage of Jackson Hole, Inc. She works independently and with the recommendation of her local traditional veterinarian as well as the local holistic veterinarian.

In March 2011, Dee Dee obtained national Equine Acupressure certification through the National Board of Certification for Animal Acupressure & Massage (NBCAAM).

Equine Acupressure

Laura is a Certified Equine and Small Animal Acupressure Practitioner, having completed both courses through Tallgrass Animal Acupressure Institute. She has her dual certifications through the National Board of Certification for Animal Acupressure and Massage (NBCAAM). Laura has also completed the following courses in order to expand her knowledge: The NRC Plus Nutrition Course offered by Dr. Eleanor Kellon, The Five Element Horse Personality Course offered by Dr. Madalyn Ward and The Buster Harlow Equine Sports Therapy/Massage School.

Laura welcomes all opportunities to help animals and their owners. She is available for consultation via phone or e-mail. Laura offers her services on site. She is set up to travel to barn, stable or home for appointments. Laura is also available to give talks and demonstrations to local clubs and organizations.
